I’ve purchased a couple of items from Rainbow Dandelion Crochet, including the beginners mindful crochet kit.
I was sceptical having been through therapy which also included mindfulness techniques. But the way it’s written, the focus of my mind - something I needed a lot over the years, it’s helped immeasurably. Plus learning something I would never have thought of.
